October 22, 2022 - The Kishwaukee Kougars battled Kankakee CC Saturday in Malta during Sophomore Day.  Kish was lead by Sophomore Ilir Redzepi who had the hat rick of three goals on the day on the way to a 4-0 win.  Khori Miles assisted on two of the goals, while Sophomore teammate Julian Garcia scored the final goal off an assist by Freshman Yahir Diaz. Freshman Josue Orozco assisted Redzepi on one of the goals as well.  The victory was the fourth win in a row for the Kougars who now sit at 7-8 overall on the season.  Sophomores Matt Haeseker, Jimmy Romero-Montoya, Julian Garcia, Ilir Redzepi, Alex Chavez, John Hernandez, Joseph Quinn, Griffey Rodriguez, Francis Zaylik and Andrew Prescod were each recognized at halftime for their contributuons in bringing Kougars Men's Soccer back to Kish and the region with their focus, excitement and passion.  Kishwaukee will wrap up the regular season as they travel to Oakton CC for a mid-week match-up.
