Kish finishes 11th in GLBC III tournament over weekend

January 25, 2026  - The Kougars Women's and Men's Bowling teams travelled north to Rockford to compete in the Great Lakes Bowling Conference III tournament at the Don Carter Lanes over the weekend.  The Men's team finished in 11th out of 21 teams, edging out four-year college teams from the University of Iowa, Western Illinois University, UW-Stout, UW-Green Bay and UW-Eau Claire as well as finishing ahead of two-year colleges from Blackhawk Tech, Highland CC and Bryant and Stratton. Paige Lewis had a season best 221 average and also a season best 166 average for Kymberly Lipps. For the Men, Hunter Kirby and Brenden Stanley finished 54th and 60th respectively in the Men's field of 196 bowlers.  Jack Bingley averaged 183 while teammates Thomas Booker (172), Nick Bingley (153) and Aidan Matson (156) bowled well for the Kougs.  

Kishwaukee will travel for the last regular season tournament to the Buzz Social lanes in Green Bay, Wisconsin for the Great Lakes Bowling Conference IV event this weekend.
