Kougars Keglers start up second half of season with solid scores

January 20, 2025 – The Kishwaukee College Men's Bowling team started the second half of the season this past weekend at the Kegel-ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic in Addison, Illinois at Stardust Bowl Lanes.  Nick Bingley led the Kougars with a 205 average good for76th place amongst the 376 bowlers (primarily made up of four year college bowlers). Teammate Thomas Booker finished with a 203.8 average and a 84th place spot.  That was also good for 5th place amongst two-year college competitors.  Fellow keglers Jack Bingley contributed a 187.8 average which was a 138th place ranking, but 8th among two year college bowlers, and Aidan Matson scored an 177 average (160th place).  Overall, the team finished in 51st place out of the field of 56 teams placing ahead of Roosevelt University, Adrian College, Hawkeye Community College and Illinois State University teams.  Kish will bowl next at the Great Lakes Bowling Conference III event this upcoming weekend in Rockford Illinois at the Cherry Bowl.  The Kougars will finish their regular season in Appleton, Wisconsin the weekend of February 1st.
